3. Delivery and Logistics

We provide delivery services across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
Our customizable policies are designed to suit both private individual needs and large-scale fleet gifting requirements.
For international or regional logistics, our services facilitate travel and transport between the GCC countries.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Perishable Goods Policy (Cakes & Flowers)

Due to the nature of our products (cakes and fresh flowers), we cannot accept returns once the delivery has been successfully made and signed for.
Any issues regarding the quality or condition of the product must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Storage and handling instructions provided with the product must be followed to ensure freshness; we are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations for standard orders must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Bespoke or highly customized orders (such as corporate fleet sets or large event cakes) may have non-refundable deposits due to the specialized nature of the materials and labor involved.
